Join Louisville in its annual Parade of Lights. Enjoy musical entertainment provided by local schools & churches, a living nativity, petting zoo and visits with Santa.  The Parade begins at 7:00 p.m. at the south end of Main Street and ends on South Street. The Parade of Lights will include the Louisville Arts District First Friday Art Walk. from 5-6:30PM. CenterStage Theatre Company presents Elf, Jr.: The Musical. Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh reality that his father is on the naughty list and that his half-brother doesn’t even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

The holiday festivities begin at the Superior Sports Stable for Superior Chamber’s Skate with Santa presented by Dixon Orthodontics. Come enjoy some time on the ice at the Sport Stable from 2:30-4 pm. We are collecting new coats for families in need so drop one at the door on your way into the event. Hot cocoa and cookies will be available as well as an opportunity to have your photo with Santa. Then head over to the Town’s Count the Lights holiday celebration at Asti Park 3:30-5:30 pm. Make a gourmet s’more, drink some hot chocolate, enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride around Original Town, tour the historic museum and enjoy holiday caroling by our local high school students.

The bright glow of the holidays is once again coming to the Town of Lyonsfor the Lyons Holiday Bazaar & the Holiday Parade of Lights. The parade will start at 6:30 pm and will be filled with illuminated, colorful floats, many of which will be decorated in the theme of this year’s parade — “Peace on Earth”. Live music and entertainment will follow the parade at approximately 7:15 p.m. in Sandstone Park, on the Raul Vasquez Community Stage. Among those performing this year will be the Lyons High School and Elementary School Show Choirs. At 7:40 p.m., the sky will be illuminated by a fireworks display (thanks to generous donations & grants received from the Lyons Community Foundation and other local supporters)!

The holiday festivities begin at the Superior Sports Stable for Superior Chamber’s Skate with Santa presented by Dixon Orthodontics. The 43rd Annual Boulder Mountain Handmade Market is happening this weekend, November 11 – 12, 2017 from 10AM – 4PM at Boulder Elks Lodge in North Boulder. The market brings together over 60 artisans, as well as an amazing bake sale, FREE all-ages maker area, live music and fire truck tours. Boulder Mountain Handmade is a fundraiser for Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District Auxiliary, North Boulder’s line of defense in a foothills emergency. Admission to the market is FREE.

Entertainment in the Elks Lodge cafe area includes a capella, rock, and classical performances, all graciously donated by the performers. Featuring Old’s Cool Rock, The Hoppers, Holly and Lindey, 3 Story Limit, Scott Kaufman, and Beth & Gus Cooke. Elks Lodge offers light snacks and drinks in the cafe. The Buffs game on Saturday will be viewable there, closed-captioned. The ATM is also located in the Elks cafe.

Fire Truck Tours

Volunteer firefighters will be on hand to give Boulder Mountain fire engine tours to kids and adults. Firefighters will be giving away free plastic fire hats and activity bags.

To celebrate the annual elk rut and learn about the “wapiti,” the Native American name for elk, Estes Park hosts the annual Elk Fest in Bond Park. Longmont Chalk Art Street Fair & Bin Market

Bin 46 Wine Bar & Restaurant is teaming up with Firehouse Art Center to bring new vibrancy to the community art scene this Fall with the kick off of the Longmont Chalk Art Street Fair & Bin Market. The Fair is a free two-day street-painting festival where 25 artists spend hours on their hands and knees over the course of two days turning the streets of Longmont into a vivid canvas of colorful chalk art. The goal of the event is to create a venue for artists, vendors and visitors alike to enjoy live-art, music and local artisan vendors for a fun family weekend. There will also be a special Pop up Dinner on Saturday evening– stroll along the street and view the art in progress while enjoying a special food and wine dinner under the stars hosted by Bin 46 Wine Bar & Restaurant. Manhattan Short Film Festival

Filmgoers in Boulder can unite with over 100,000 film-lovers around the world during the week of Sept 28 – Oct 8 when the 20th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival screens at the Dairy Arts Center Boedecker Theater. The 10 MANHATTAN SHORT finalists hail from nine countries with films from Syria, Latvia and Georgia representing their respective countries for the first time in this event. Two short films hail from Spain, the only country with multiple Final 10 selections. These Final 10 short films represent the best short films among a record 1615 submissions from 75 countries received by MANHATTAN SHORT for 2017, testimony to the enduring vibrancy and creativity of short films. This year’s Final 10 represent an extraordinary range of film genres with comedy, drama, horror, sci-fi, animation and martial arts short films all part of the MANHATTAN SHORT program.

The Pumpkins and Pilsners Festival has activities and entertainment for all ages, with proceeds going to local non-profit Families for Estes. The festival is perfect place to pick your pumpkins with live music and craft beer for the adults, as well as games, crafts and a bounce house for the little ones. Enjoy additional free children’s activities like pony rides (free from 1-4pm), face painting, kids art activity booths, bounce house and giant lawn games. Challenge your friends in the strider mini-bike course (bikes and helmets provided). The pumpkin patch sells pumpkins for only $5 each and you can set them aside in the well-guarded ‘sold’ corral while you enjoy the fun. Raffle tickets will be sold for $1 each for your chance to win some fabulous prizes! Each year a hand-picked selection of seasonal, local craft beers are on hand. Celebrate the transition into Fall with Thorne Nature Experience at the Sombrero Marsh Environmental Education Center for the Thorne Fall Fest. We will have face-painting, nature explorations around the Sombrero Marsh with Thorne staff, pumpkin decorating, and dancing and singing in rainbow socks with our favorite nature performers Jeff & Paige! Light refreshments provided by in-kind donors, pack a picnic if desired. 10am-11am: Activities including pumpkin decorating, bird-watching, face painting, dip netting in the mini wetland, and nature explorations. 11am-Noon: Concert and dancing by Jeff & Paige. The Town of Erie’s Trunk or Treat event has moved downtown and expanded, bring you Boo! on Briggs Street. The world famous Eerie Erie is a Halloween themed 5k and 10k race that runs through historic downtown Erie and takes advantage of our beautiful trail system that weaves along Coal Creek open space areas. The 10k passes by scenic Pleasant Hill Cemetery with panoramic views and where friendly spirits can’t wait to visit this year’s runners. Eerie Erie is the primary fund raiser for the Optimist Club of Erie, a non-profit organization whose sole mission is to benefit the children of our community by funding youth specific events, programs and activities throughout the year.

Dogs must be leashed. 9:30AM: Line-up in front of the St. Vrain Memorial Building.10AM: Foot Parade Start!  Come in costume! Check out Louisville’s Halloween race — Monster Dash! This year’s theme is ZOMBIES, so throw on your costume and get ready to run. There will be 2 distance choices, the 5k “Fun Run” is for the entire family to run together (Ages 5 and up)…strollers allowed. The 10k Race is for the bit more serious runners going for a place in their age divisions. Immediately following the 5k and 10k, there will be 3 different races for the “Little Zombies” ranging from 1/4 mile to 1 full mile. Kids receive custom kids bib, glow stick, meal, milk/drink, kids candy, finisher medal and cool finisher gift. Anderson Farms Fall Festival

Anderson Farms is located at 6728 County Rd 3 1/4, Erie, CO 80516.

The Fall Festival runs from September 20 – October 31, 2017.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10AM – 6PM, Friday 10AM – 11PM, Saturday 9AM – 11PM, Sunday 9AM – 10PM

Pricing: Admission to Fall Festival – Monday – Thursday, $10, Friday, Saturday & Sunday $16. Kids 3 & Under are FREE. Tickets available here.

Pricing: Zombie Paintball Hunt or Terror in the Corn Haunted Hayride and Maze (Includes Fall Festival admission) Friday & Saturday $25 ($45 for both events), Thursday (beginning October 12) & Sunday $22 ($40 for both events). Tickets available here.

Anderson Farms is hosting its annual Fall Festival, complete with a pumpkin patch, hayrides and so much more! Admission includes a ton of fun activities such as Colorado’s longest-running 30 acre corn maze, hayride to the pumpkin patch, pumpkin launching, mine cars, barrel train, farm animals, farm lights and so much more! For those who enjoy a fright, after dark Anderson Farms hosts Zombie Paintball Hunt, a unique paintball experience where you shoot zombies throughout the cornfield (but don’t worry, you won’t get shot!) while riding on a zombie wagon. Cottonwood Farms Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival

Cottonwood Farm is located at 1535 N 75th St, Boulder, CO 80303.

The Pumpkin Patch & Fall Festival runs from September 23 – October 31, 2017.

Hours: Daily 10AM – 6PM

Pricing: FREE Admission. Wagon Hayrides (Saturdays and Sundays) $3/person.

Pumpkin Pricing: Most pumpkins $3 – $10, Specialty pumpkins $8 – $15.

Cottonwood Farms hosts a classic Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival in East Boulder. The farm offers a pumpkin patch as well as fall produce for purchase. Explore the hand-cut corn maze, with narrow paths for a fun and personal experience. The farm also offers a straw bale maze, farm animals to view, and vintage farm equipment display! Don’t miss the hayride, available on Saturdays and Sundays for $3/person.

Isabelle Farm Pumpkin Patch

Isabelle Farm is located at the SW corner of Isabelle Road & Highway 287, Isabelle Farm Farmstand is located at 1640 Baseline Rd, Lafayette, CO 80026.

The Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze runs every weekend, September 30 – October 29, 2017.

Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 10AM – 6PM

Pricing: FREE Admission. Hayrides $3/person, Family of 4: $10.

Pumpkin Pricing: Pumpkins range from $2 – $15, Large pumpkins $7.

Isabelle Farm hosts its annual Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze every weekend just north of Lafayette at Hwy 287 & Isabelle Road. After you pick out the perfect pumpkin in the you-pick patch, check out the hayrides (starting October 7), barrel rides, farm animals, straw bale maze and corn maze! Fall produce, local honey and jams will also be available to purchase. Isabelle Farm also hosts a small pumpkin patch, with a lovely spot for taking pictures at its beautiful farmstand located on Baseline Rd. The farmstand is open Tuesday – Sunday, 10AM – 6PM.

Miller Farms Fall Harvest Festival

Miller Farms is located at 13912 Co Rd 19, Platteville, CO 80651.

The Fall Harvest Festival runs from Labor Day to Mid-November.

Hours: Daily, 9AM – 6PM

Pricing: Admission $2/person. Harvest Rides $20/adult, $15/kid, 3 & Under are FREE, Family of 4 $65, additional family members $15.

Pumpkin Pricing: Pumpkins range from $5 & up.

Miller Farms hosts its annual Fall Harvest Festival every day throughout the fall season. Admission includes the farm’s petting zoo, corn maze and the Antique Alley, a collection of antique airplanes, trucks and tractors. Pick your own pumpkins and fall produce (fill a wagon for $35!) and take the harvest ride (prices listed above). The farm offers snacks, drinks and treats, and has dozens of covered picnic tables. Pack a lunch and spend a day at the farm!

Munson Farm Pumpkin Patch

Munson Farm is located at 7355 Valmont Rd, Boulder, CO 80301.

The pumpkin patch runs through November 1.

Hours: Monday – Saturday 9AM – 6:30PM, Sunday 9AM – 6PM

Munson Farm is hosting its annual Pumpkin Patch at its farmstand in East Boulder. Activities include hayrides, a corn maze as well as a pumpkin patch. Munson Farm is known for its amazing selection of unique heirloom pumpkins including cinderella pumpkins, pink pumpkins, and many more!

Red Wagon Farm Pumpkin Patch

Red Wagon Farm is located at 7694 N 63rd St, Longmont, CO 80503.

The pumpkin patch runs early October through Halloween.

Hours: Daily, 10AM – 6PM

Red Wagon Farm is offering a pumpkin patch at its farm in Longmont. Spend some time wandering the beautiful pumpkin patch to find your perfect pumpkin, see the farm animals including alpacas, llamas, goats, chickens and geese, and play in the straw bale maze!

Rock Creek Farm U-Pick-Em Pumpkins and Corn Maze

Rock Creek Farm is located at 2005 S 112th St, Broomfield, CO 80020.

The Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze runs September 30 – October 31.

Hours: Daily, 9AM – 6:30PM

Pricing: Free Admission. Corn Maze $6/Kids Ages 4-11, $9/Person 12 & Up, Kids under 4 are FREE.

Rock Creek Farm hosts its annual U-Pick-Em Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze in Broomfield. Free admission includes access to family fun play area, hay bale maze, farm animals and comic foregrounds for photos. Tour the farm’s 120 acre pumpkin patch, with its beautiful mountain backdrop to find and pick your very own pumpkin. The farm also offers four different corn mazes ranging from .3 miles to 5 miles (pricing above).

Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch is located at 9059 Ute Hwy, Longmont, CO 80503.

The October Pumpkin Carnival & Pumpkin Patch runs October 1 – October 31, 2017.

Hours: Pumpkin Carnival every weekend, 9AM – 6PM, Pumpkin Patch & activities open weekdays, 9AM – 5:30PM.

Pricing: Free Admission. Weekend activities are pay per activity, tickets $1/each (each activity varies from 1-5 tickets/child). Weekday self-guided tours & activities $8/child.

Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch is hosting its annual October Pumpkin Carnival in Longmont. The weekend pumpkin carnival features a kids corner, pumpkin patch, food vendors as well as activities (prices vary) such as: pony rides, carousel rides, painting pumpkins, petting zoo, hay maze, bouncy castle and so much more! Weekdays, the pumpkin patch is open to the public, with self-guided activities available such as: pumpkin painting, inflatable obstacle course, hay maze and viewing zoo.

Seventh Generation Farm

7th Generation Farm is located at 100 S 96th Street, Louisville, CO 80027.

The Pumpkin Patch runs from September 29 – October 31.

Hours: Friday 12PM- 6PM, Saturday 9AM – 4PM, Sunday 10AM – 4PM

Pricing: Free Admission. Kids Corn Maze $6/person, Adult Corn Maze $12/person

The 7th Generation Farm is celebrating Fall with a pumpkin patch & fall activities in Louisville. Activities included in admission: hay bale maze, huge hay bale mountain for climbing, pumpkin smash games, pumpkin painting station, farm animals, hayrides and so much more! The farm also offers a short, kid-friendly corn maze, as well as a large adult maze that takes about 1 hour – 1.5 hours to walk through (prices listed above).  Take a hayride to the farm’s pumpkin patch to find your perfect pumpkin!
